Hi. My name is Jennifer. I am one of the founders and owners of our agency. We opened our doors in May of 2005. Before opening our doors, I was a family support worker in a program that teaches new moms how to take care of and communicate with their babies. I have always had a passion to help others and I show that everyday in my work. I am blessed to have such good employees working for me including three of my daughters and my neice that are also agents in our company. At home I still have a sixteen year old son and a seven year old daughter who has special needs. In our free time my husband, me and my children love to be in nature. We have a farm and several cows including a Holstein cow named Betsy who is our family pet along with our dog SoloVino. I also like to write in my spare time and am slowly working on a novel about my life. God has been so good to my family and we do our best to give our customers a place that they can trust and know that we have them covered. Not only as their insurance agency, but also as their friend. 

Hi. I’m Crystal. I am one of the founders and co owners of the agency. I enjoy what I do. You will find me always happy and laughing anytime you stop by our office. I love joking around with our clients and a lot of clients ask for me specifically when they come in. In my free time, my husband, daughter and I love to vacation at Disney World. I would live there if I could! I also enjoy cooking for my family and going to my daughter’s soccer games. I have an adult son who also works with us in the agency.  I have a photogenic memory and can remember each and every conversation that I’ve ever had with a client. I am a strong believer that people like to be called by their first names when coming to see us and I make a point in doing that. Me and Jennifer make a great team as business owners. We’ve been good friends with each other since we were teens and she has the book sense and I have the rest of the sense! She completes me and I complete her. So between the two of us, we have everything covered.

Hi. My name is Miracle. I’m an agent for At Your Service Insurance and am also one of Jennifer’s daughters. I have been with the agency for the past ten years. I really like working with my mom and I enjoy meeting new people and helping them with their insurance needs. When I’m not working, I love to spend time with the my three boys. We love to cook together. I’m also a good artist and I like to do hair and make up whenever I get the chance. We have two dogs and I take them with me wherever I go when I’m not at the office. They’re like my children as well  Working at the office gives me so many opportunities to bring out my creative side and I think our customers love me for that! You will more than likely always see me at the office. I feel like I live there most of the time! 

Hi. I’m Holly but most of my family and friends call me by my middle name Daniela. I work in customer service and am studying to be an agent. I am one of the newer employees at the agency as I just graduated from East Jessamine County High School in 2024. I did work two summers while I was still in high school so I was well trained when I started full time. I am usually the person that answers the phones at our office and take payments and I do a lot of the clerical work. My aunt Jennifer is one of the owners of the agency. In my free time, I enjoy running and listening to music. I also love soap operas and can binge watch them for an entire weekend. I really like working with my family and I am excited to become an agent. I have brought a lot of new technology ideas to the agency that I am excited to implement! 

Hi my name is Tania and I work in customer service for At Your Service Insurance. I assist with phone calls, payments, emails and other clerical work. I have been with the agency since 2021. I love talking to the people that come into the office and am always excited to see our regular customers come in. In my free time, I spend a lot of time volunteering for my church. I also am a big fan of coffee drinks and especially love the fall flavored drinks! I have a son who is still small and we really enjoy being together as much as we can. I am so happy to be working in the agency and getting to help others. I enjoy my job and I always give my job and my customers 100 percent of me. 

Hi. My name is Amanda. I’m a customer service representative for At Your Service Insurance. I am the employee that has been at our agency the longest apart from Jennifer and Crystal. I started working at the agency in 2009 and have been here ever since. My 3 kids and I really enjoy spending time together in our free time. I also volunteer a lot for my church. I’m a cancer survivor and I don’t take a day for granted. I enjoy each and every day. I’m always the early bird at the office and I love getting our office ready for the day. People tell me that I am the most patient person that they’ve ever met and I think that’s why our customers love me so much. When I was going through cancer, a lot of our customers sent me messages of encouragement and that meant the world to me and my recovery. I love all of our customers as if they were family. 

Hi. My name is Jackson and I’m a customer service representative for At Your Service Insurance. I started working here in 2024. I’m also a college student and am studying to be an anesthesiologist. I currently work in the office three days a week. I really like working in the office. Everyone is like a family to me. In my free time, I like to spend time with my girl friend, fishing, hiking, reading books, and sleeping. I love meeting new people and this experience will help me build skills that I will use for the rest of my career.
